I had to show you the latest addition to the market bags. It's called, "French Country" and it's fabulous! I love everything about it. It's made from Michael Miller laminate cotton (can you say waterproof??) It's absolutely perfect for the weekend shopping we all love. This is also made by Rebecca Smith and is unique to Ellenay Designs!
As for me, I'm working on a vintage romantic charm bracelet. I'll post it soon...

Weekend in Paris

Oh my.....if this isn't me, I don't know what is. This bag is the latest addition to the website under Ellenay Bag. It's called "Weekend in Paris". It's a great weekender bag for flea marketing/antiquing etc. These are a great way to cut down on plastic bags as well as look really great while out shopping. Rebecca Smith of Sew Happy Boutique is the talented designer that creates these for me and I couldn't be happier. She pays extra attention to detail and has a great eye for boutique style. These bags are exclusive to Ellenay Designs.

Til next time~ happy shopping.....

Charmed, I'm sure........

I have added these great custom photo charm bracelets to the website! I love them. They are made from sterling silver and antique papers with your personal photos. This is a custom order. (I asked permission) I used vintage buttons for extra vintage charm. Each child's picture has their first and middle name as well as their birthdate on the reverse written on antique paper. What a priceless and unique gift this would make.
More Romantic styles for Valentine's Day on the way as well......

Valentine give-a-way!!

I'm giving away this romantic pendant for Valentine's Day! I thought you may want one that doesn't look like Valentine's Day so you can wear it year-round. Romance is always classic.
This is a simple French collage made from replica vintage postage. It is made from ecrue linen paper and is very lightly hand watercolored. It measures an inch and a half in height and an inch wide. On the reverse is the most beautiful 1950's poetry about love. It will come on a small ball chain and as always is made of non-toxic, lead-free silver.
To be entered, all you need to do is comment on this post between now and Sunday, January 20th by midnight to be counted. I will take the amount of posts and use a random number generator. Whoever posted on that number will win! I will announce the winner on Monday morning and send it out to you right away! This is my way of sending Love to all of you and to say thank you for visiting!

Love & Hugs~

New Valentine designs added to the site!

Can you believe this?? It's already the second week of the new year!! It is flying by, let me tell ya'! I have been working on some new designs for Valentine's and these are going to be some of my favorites for sure. I just added two new pieces a minute ago, but will have to wait til tomorrow to add the rest. I have been holding on to this really cool and really old rhinestone buckle I bought at an estate sale last summer. I knew it would end up being special and was waiting for that "light turning on" moment. It is now a pendant within a pendant or buckle to be technical. It's a small buckle though, so I'm not exactly sure how it was used. Anyway, I also have several new shapes I've been working on. I love Valentine's Day and this year the ideas are just flowing. You can never have too much romance! Check back in a couple of days and I should have several more in the Holiday section and also under new items. Have a wonderful week!
