I have been seriously missing from my blogland for awhile now and I really miss it. We've been on vacation, among other things. I am having some camera issues I'm dealing with, so I'm adding a favorite apple pie recipe and some photos I took awhile ago while making it for a friend. This is Paula Deen's lattice apple pie with the crunch topping. It is soo delicious! I would love to sit down with you all with a piece warm from the oven with a little vanilla bean icecream on top and a cup of coffee. Mmmmmmm....
